Please note the following rules when registering:

  • Subtitles are registered in the title field according to the scheme [main title : subtitle].
  • For the field “Verbatim” give the entry in precisely the form in which it appears in the corresponding work.
  • For articles, essays or volumes from series, check before registering whether the corresponding journal/collected works/series is already in one of the pull-down menus. If not, register this work first under the appropriate genre – it will then appear in one of the pull-down menus - and then register the essay, article or volume.
  • Entries that are difficult to classify can be entered in the field “Personal communication to the administrator.” The Administrator will then see to their correct classification.
